• JENNY OLDFIELD FICM — Managing Director

  Following her 10 years of employment as the head of receivables management services to the crisis Client base of a leading top four accounting firm, Jenny set up the Bradbury Financial Limited to provide the same services, with the same quality of delivery, to a developing network of Corporates, Banks and Business Advisors. After 7 years of trading, the business rebranded to become the Quartz Partnership. Experienced in the delivery of all of Quartz service offerings, she has developed the Quartz team on a UK and European basis to enable an immediate response to requests for assistance, regardless of location, which are delivered with the quality that is the foundation of the Quartz Partnership.

• ANGELA LAVAL MICM — Associate Director

  With over 25 years experience as a Credit Manager and Credit Management Consultant, Angela delivers our process improvement projects , covering all aspects of the corporate order to cash process which includes training and recruitment. Angela has extensive knowledge of export and has been involved in a wide variety of projects with Quartz covering many industries and locations. Angela is a key member of the Quartz Management Team and ensures that all projects achieve the same level of focus and quality that our Clients expect. Angela is based in the South of England.

• DEBORAH OLESEN MICM — Senior Executive

  Deborah is the former head of the recoveries collection team for a Scottish bank. Based in Glasgow, Deborah is responsible for the UK wide collections team in the delivery of ‘best in class’ collections services. Deborah has extensive knowledge of the legalities and complexities of the factoring and invoice discounting products and her team are experienced and senior collections specialists who bring with them over 50 years in the provision of on-site cash generation and off-site collections services to Banks, Business Advisors and Corporates.

• JANICE MEGRAM MICM — Senior Executive

  As a Team Leader within the Working Capital team of a top 15 law firm, Janice understands professional practices and assists Quartz in the delivery of their projects delivered to Accountants, Law Firms and Barristers Chambers. Janice has also transferred these skills into the corporate environment where she is responsible for many of our cash generation projects for Corporate Clients facing cash flow issues, working on behalf of Banks and Business Advisors. Janice has a thorough understanding of Credit Management across a wide range of industries. Janice is based in Manchester.
