  • We worked with our Client as part of an Independent Business Review to assess the credit management processes and make recommendations for process improvement.

    We then worked with the existing Company staff and implemented the recommended improvements to deliver a ‘best in class’ Credit Control function.

  • We were instructed by our Client to provide a review of WIP and debt management processes and staff capabilities within a Barristers Chamber. We were able to suggest a range of process and staff improvement opportunities and facilitated the enhancement of internal communication within the Chambers to the benefit of the stakeholders.

  • We attended the Company premises on behalf of our Client for a period prior to their appointment as Administrators in order to assess the recoverability of the sales ledger and ensure that the books and records in support of the sales ledger were secured. Following the appointment, we carried out the collection of the sales ledger to maximise realisations for our Client, utilising the existing Company systems and staff together with our own collections team.
