Our Client was based in the UK and Europe with a combined sales ledger value of €45m. Using our knowledge of operation of an invoice discounting facility, we implemented a training programme for the staff, developed sales order processes and reporting to meet the needs of the facility and assisted in improving the communication from the Client to the funder. The sales ledger performance on a DSO basis improved by 11 days as a result.
This UK based law firm with a turnover of £170m retained us to assist with the merging of the working capital function of two separate firms which then developed into a full working capital improvement project. The subsequent DSO improvement was 15 days with a significant reduction in cost.
Our Client was a leading removals company with a turnover of £15m. As a result of our assisting in both cash generation and credit control department improvement, we released and additional £0.5m from the aged debt and reduced queries by £1.1m. Our process improvement work ensured that the future growth of the business was supported by a robust Credit Control team and a query management process that identified and resolved issues without delay.
