Debt Verification

Utilising our experienced Credit Control staff, we can provide debt verification services both at the Client premises or remotely. It is our belief that debt verification work is usually better carried out at the Client’s own premises where queries and issues identified can be further clarified by having access to the Client’s systems, staff and records.

Our work includes:

• Debt verification by telephone call, email and fax
• Full audit trail of conversations that have taken place
• Documentary back up of any information obtained (where available)
• Full coverage of the sales ledger where possible
